Columbia Hospitality is proud to reward our team members for actively recommending meeting, events, and group business to properties within the portfolio. Anyone can submit a referral - whether your family member is getting married, or your property can't accommodate a piece of business for a client - you can submit a referral to any Columbia property. And the best part - referrals that actualize will be rewarded with a cash bonus for the referrer! The bonus will be calculated on actual revenue based on a sliding scale:

*Outsourced rentals and services, mandatory service charge, and tax will not be included in calculation.
And referring is just as easy as 1…2…3!
Step 1: Fill out the form below with as much information as possible. You can select several properties of interest.
Step 2: The form will be sent to the sales leaders at the selected properties. Those leaders are responsible for following up with the client and tracking it through the referral portal. An email will be sent to the referrer once an event goes definite.
Step 3: If the event actualizes – once the bill is paid – the sales leaders from the host property must submit the actualized form in the referral portal. The original referrer will then be informed, and the referral bonus added to their next paycheck.
