As Vice President of Technology for Columbia Hospitality, Syneva Billiot leads technology across the company’s portfolio of hotels, resorts, private clubs, conference centers, restaurants, and residential communities. She is passionate about using technology to create seamless, memorable guest experiences while empowering the people who make those experiences possible.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, and tribal enterprises, Syneva has led technology teams and initiatives for some of hospitality’s most recognized brands, including Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas; Atlantis, Dubai; Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino; and Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Her forward-thinking approach to hospitality technology has been recognized with the Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) Innovation Award.

Outside of work, Syneva values spending time with her husband, family, and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Flawless Affect Foundation.
