As Vice President of Technology, Nancy oversees all areas of technology for Columbia Hospitality and its collections. She is a seasoned international business and technology strategist with 30+ years in the tech sector. She excels in crafting and executing strategies and leading large-scale technology projects across various industries, with a special focus on Hospitality.

She has worked as a technology strategy leader with organizations such as Jumeirah, The Doyle Collection, Hard Rock, Hospitality Ventures, as well as technology-focused firms such as Techstars and Auxis.

Her work has been dedicated to significantly enhancing customer experience, loyalty, revenue, operations, finance, and digital domains. Nancy is passionate about driving innovation and delivering exceptional results in the hospitality sector.

Nancy holds a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and an AI/ML certificate from MIT. Having grown up in Florida, she is happiest on the water and spending time with family (and all dogs).
