Lauren leads high-impact marketing strategy at Columbia Hospitality, where she oversees brand direction while guiding a powerhouse team of marketing professionals to shape the voice and visibility of Columbia’s diverse portfolio.

Lauren came up through the ranks of Columbia, joining the company in 2019 as a Marketing Manager. She brings 15+ years of experience in the marketing industry, having previously served as Director of Marketing and Events at Tiger Oak Media, where she led large-scale magazine promotions and signature events for publications including Seattle Magazine and Seattle Business, as well as multiple regional bridal titles. There, she led the production of the Seattle Wine and Food Experience, a four-day culinary celebration that brought together top chefs, wineries, and food lovers for immersive tastings and events showcasing the best of the region’s food and beverage scene.

Lauren’s foundation in experiential marketing was built early in her career as a Special Events Coordinator at Festivals Inc., where she supported the production and promotion of major Northwest food and culture events such as the Bite of Seattle and the Taste of Tacoma. These formative roles sharpened her ability to merge storytelling, logistics, and audience engagement into memorable brand experiences.

She holds a B.A. in Communications – Advertising from Washington State University and is based in Seattle, where she lives with her husband, son, and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the food (and drink) scene, chasing Seattle sunshine, a good farmers market, PNW hikes, and running after her two kids and two dogs.
