Mr. FitzGibbon joined the Columbia Hospitality Advisory Board in 2013. Mr. FitzGibbon worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for 35 years, with a career that spanned over 10 posts in countries all around the world. He led highly diverse and innovative teams, helping progress the brand’s legendary culture of service excellence. At the time of his retirement in 2011, he held the position of president of worldwide hotel operations reporting directly to the CEO. He was responsible for overseeing the luxury brand’s 85 hotels in 35 countries, as well as corporate marketing and sales worldwide. Mr. FitzGibbon also serves on the board for Benchmark Senior Living.
