With over four decades of management and leadership experience, Brian has built a career spanning a broad range of hospitality enterprises. Based in the Seattle area since 1999, he played a pivotal role in launching Hotel 1000 while working with MTM Luxury Lodging. Brian also served as General Manager at Seattle’s iconic Four Seasons Olympic Hotel and the Bellevue Club/Hotel Bellevue.

Brian is a Broward College graduate, and before setting his roots in the Pacific Northwest, he spent 16 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, leading teams across North America. His hospitality journey began with The Mariner Group in southwest Florida, creating the foundation for his lifelong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Brian now resides on Mercer Island with his wife of over 40 years, Kitty. Together, they cherish time spent with their two daughters, son-in-law, grandson and close family and friends. Whether exploring the outdoor wonders of the Pacific Northwest, savoring food, and wine, traveling, or diving into his love for technology and reading, Brian thrives on meaningful connections and all the adventures life has to offer.
