Senior Director of Marketing and Communications
Annie Quisenberry

Annie began her hospitality career working through college on the front lines of the banquet department of the historic Davenport Hotel in downtown Spokane, WA. It was through this type of interaction with guests where Annie realized that she had a mind and a heart for making the hospitality experience special for each and every person she encountered, and she's spent 12 years doing just that.

After earning her Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from Gonzaga University, Annie went to work in the retirement and social services sector, marketing retirement living and support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. From there, Annie worked nine years in a full-service advertising agency, conducting market research, strategic planning, branding, promotions and more for several hospitality companies, including Red Lion Hotels, Doubletree by Hilton and the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort. Most recently, Annie was the Director of Marketing for Northern Quest Resort & Casino where she led loyalty marketing and external marketing for all business verticals, including casino, hotel, food and beverage, entertainment and spa.

As the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for Columbia Hospitality, Annie's primary focus is driving revenue by empowering property teams to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences aligned with the property's unique brand.

Annie lives in West Seattle with her husband and two young children. She loves adventures to new places, wine tasting, crabbing, beachcombing and exploring the city and the Northwest with her family.
