In addition to his portfolio responsibilities, Mike contributes to company-wide initiatives that advance operational excellence and community impact. Prior to joining Columbia Hospitality, Mike held leadership roles with Kimpton Hotels, primarily in Seattle. He began his hospitality career in the health and fitness industry, managing guest services and facility operations, a foundation that still shapes his people-first leadership approach.

Originally from Minneapolis, Mike now calls Seattle home, where the outdoors fuels his sense of adventure. He is a husband and father of two who values meaningful experiences, strong relationships, and a little humor along the way.
